How to make purchases in Manyo Factory online Store?
- Register a new account from the top right menu, or login to your exisiting one.
- Select an item from the catalog using the website menu, or use search.
- Add the item(s) to the cart. From this point, you may continue shopping or proceed to the order checkout.
- Fill out the address form, select the prefered shipping method* and place the order.
- On the next screen click the 'Pay now' button. You will be redirected to the PayPal secure payment page.
- After your order is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail message, our managers will help you with the payment and delivery of goods.
*Note that if you don't select the shipping method, you will not be able to pay for your order. You will then have to make a new order instead. Also, you can always view all the information on the past and current orders in your account profile.
At the moment we only accept payments over the PayPal system, which also allows you to use your Debit/Credit card for convenient and secure instant payments. Please read our guide how to pay for the order using your Debit/Credit Card or your PayPal account balance here.
NOTE: All order payments are manually checked and processed by our managers during working hours. If you still see your order marked as 'Unpaid', please do not worry and do not make double payments!
If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.

Handling orders time
Depending on the product availability in stock, orders handling time is 1-4 business days after receiving the payment. Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within South Korea.
What is the return/refund policy?
RETURN/REFUND OF GOODS
No later than one day from the date of the order dispatch, each client is sent a photo report about the order conformity and integrity of the content of the package and a copy of the EMS sheet confirming the shipment of your order and a tracking number.
If you find a discrepancy with your order: contact us by any convenient way (E-mail, skype, etc.) no later than 3 calendar days. Our managers will try to promptly resolve all issues.
Upon receiving the order, inspect the package (box) of any obvious damage. Goods without defects or visible physical damage, matching the description on the website manyo-factory.com can not be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.
Changing the order details (address, shipping method, order cancellation, any other requests) is possible only for non paid orders.
